Refund Policy

At Shope Digital, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:

 


1. Digital Products
  • All products sold on Shope Digital are digital downloads and are delivered electronically.

  • Once the product has been downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.


2. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • The product was not delivered after payment.

  • A technical issue prevents access to the purchased product, and we are unable to resolve it.

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.


3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

Include your order number, product name, and a description of the issue.

 


4. Processing Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incompatibility with your device (please check requirements before buying).

  • Misuse or loss of the digital file after delivery.
