At Shope Digital, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Digital Products
All products sold on Shope Digital are digital downloads and are delivered electronically.
Once the product has been downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
The product was not delivered after payment.
A technical issue prevents access to the purchased product, and we are unable to resolve it.
You were charged more than once for the same product.
3. Requesting a Refund

4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Cases

Incompatibility with your device (please check requirements before buying).
Misuse or loss of the digital file after delivery.
